Each Maison Studio piece is made to order and prepared with care. From printing to finishing, every detail goes through a considered process. This typically takes 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your order.
Delivery timelines vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 7–10 days after dispatch.
We partner with trusted logistics services such as Blue Dart and Delhivery to ensure your piece reaches you safely.
Every Maison Studio piece is created specifically for you. Because of this made-to-order approach, we’re unable to offer standard returns or exchanges.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging and handling. However, if your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or resolve it appropriately.
