Refund policy

Every Maison Studio piece is made to order — produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer standard returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This is not a limitation we take lightly. It is a commitment to quality — every piece is printed, framed, and packaged fresh for the person who ordered it.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window your piece enters production and cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel — email hello@maisonstudio.in with your order number within the 2 hour window. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item — we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@maisonstudio.in with the following:

— Your order number — Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item — Photographs of the packaging it arrived in

We will review and respond within 24 hours with a resolution.

REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the error is on our end.

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER

— Change of mind after the 2 hour cancellation window — Incorrect size or frame selected at time of ordering — Minor colour variation between screen and print — all screens display colours differently and slight variation is expected with fine art printing — Damage caused after delivery

CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

— Issue reported within 48 hours of delivery — Clear photographs provided of the damage or error — Artwork in original packaging
