Something wasn't right. Let's fix it.

If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, 
or not as expected — write to us at 
hello@maisonstudio.in and we'll make it right.

To help us resolve your claim as quickly 
as possible, please include the following 
in your email:

— Your full name
— Your order number
— A short description of the issue
— Clear photographs of the damaged or 
  incorrect item and its packaging

We respond to all claims within 24 hours, 
Monday to Saturday.

We don't ask you to ship anything back 
unless absolutely necessary. A clear 
photograph is usually all we need.
